This website does not collect information through an embedded contact form. If you contact Sequoia by email or schedule an appointment, the information you provide is handled through the applicable email or calendar service.
How information is used
Contact information and business details are used to respond to inquiries, prepare recommendations or proposals, schedule conversations, and deliver agreed services. Sequoia does not sell personal information.
Business files and sensitive data
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, medical information, or other sensitive data in an initial message. When a project requires business files, the appropriate scope, confidentiality terms, and transfer method will be agreed before the files are provided.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Appointment scheduling and email may be handled by Google. These providers may process technical or contact information according to their own privacy practices. Sequoia does not currently add advertising cookies or website analytics.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business relationship, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, contact Sequoia by email.
